Welcome to Southland Leisure Centre's Co-Ed Slo-Pitch Leagues

The 2011 slo-pitch came to a finale yesterday.  It was a great weekend for playoffs with fantastic weather.

Playoff Outcome:

The Mon/Wed/Thurs playoff game for the finale was between the Buttscratchers and the Alabama Slammers.  It was a close game and The Buttscratchers took first place and the Alabama Slammers came in second place.  

For the Friday night league the playoff final was between Balls Deep and the Dirty Diamonds and it was also a very close game.  The Dirty Diamonds took first place and Balls Deep came in a close second place.

Congratulations to all 4 teams!

I also wanted to wish a congratulations to Red Rockets and No Glove No Love for getting a perfect team sportsmanship points for the 2011 season.

I wanted to say thank you to all of the teams for a smooth running fun season of slo-pitch.  I enjoyed running the league and playing amoung some of the teams. If you have any feedback or suggestions for the 2012 season please send me a e-mail.  All feedback will be addressed in next year's captains meeting.
